works overseas in Saigon. Without regard to consequennces, Nor
finds himself truly falling in love.
Shot entirely on location in Negros Occidental, Ligaw Liham

across the globe via the purchase of a postage stamp.

"... Liham is a
simple story about a time when life was less complicated and love was
purer... It also
shows that it’s possible to make independent, artistic movies without
taking on heavy topics such as sex, gender, incest, rape, murder or
drugs."
