the Philippine Cinema Showcase reprises the BEST of
San Diego Asian Film Festival's
Philippine programs, bringing shorts program "Manila
& Beyond"; and acclaimed features Santa Mesa
(which won SDAFF's Best Narrative Feature Award!)
directed by Ron
Morales; and Foster
Child and Tirador,
both directed by Dante
